Where are the Service Packs?

Service pack ... a term that all Civil users are used to hearing ... and eagerly waiting for. Well as of this writing no "service pack" has been released. However, there has been a Civil 3D 2009 Update released.

After a quick browse of the readme this does seem like it will fix a few of the nagging problems I keep having.
